Delete an Account or Data

ZEBEST BUSINESS
For a ZEBEST BUSINESS Root Owner, deletion is scheduled 30 days ahead through the Business deletion flow. Business sessions are revoked, you can export data first, and you can cancel/recover before the deletion date. Financial/legal/audit evidence that must be retained is not cascade-deleted.
ZEBEST ACCOUNT / TRANSACTION SERVICES
For a Zebest account that is not ZEBEST BUSINESS, the fastest method is Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, use this form after confirming that you selected the correct product above.
What will be deleted
For this flow, the authentication account, profile, NIDA, phone number, push tokens and payout destination are removed or anonymized after identity verification according to applicable retention rules.
What may be retained
Transaction IDs, buyer/seller IDs, amount, timeline, final dispute decisions, audit logs and payment/payout references may be retained for accounting, security, fraud prevention and legal obligations. ZEBEST BUSINESS has its own retention-safe rules on its deletion page.
